Once upon a time in the United Kingdom there was a big, big city with big, big buildings, five international airports and its own rapid transit system pulsating beneath its soil. This wonderful and frightening place is known throughout all of the lands and across the oceans, as the City of London. 

And the citizens of this chimera city are all things; lovely and ugly, rich and destitute, abundant and desperate, kind and cruel. And together, they all make up the mosaic of this municipality which stands proud like a defiant tumour glittering in the smoky rain.
